About me

I am lily. I created lily and the lotus as a sanctuary to commune embodiment within the self and with others. I am simply a being learning and growing just as you are.

While pursuing a degree in Anthropology and Sociology I have completed 400 certified hours of  yoga teacher training from both Sacred Space School of Yoga in High Point, North Carolina and Karma Yoga Center here in Denver, Colorado.

I’ve been following the yogic path for over 5 years, and hold a deep gratitude for the practice, both on and off the mat. My classes are Hatha yoga-based with influences of QiGong and Kundalini, and I believe that the specialized movements of these practices create new pathways of energy in the body, mind, and spirit. I also find that they offer valuable tools for life beyond the mat.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable with seeing yourself, feeling yourself, and being yourself, both inside and outside of class.

In addition to teaching yoga, I also offer various workshops that include embodiment practices of all kinds and host monthly New Moon Circles at Confia Collective. I am a curator of community and open to creating something special with you.

And finally, embodiment goes beyond physically moving the body. It’s about what you surround yourself with and how you nourish your body. So in addition, I create custom pottery pieces and do catering / meal prep for parties, events, families, and people! Feel free to contact about any of the above.
